Donation Ideas

Donation ideas include:
• money
• employer matching gifts
• a gift in someone's name
• land
• construction and home improvement materials
• in-kind donations of subcontractor labor and/or building materials
• stocks and other assets

As with any charitable organization, Habitat needs financial donations. This money helps us purchase land, supplies, equipment and any labor that isn't donated. All donations are tax deductible. Many employers offer matching programs for employee contributions; please keep Ashe County Habitat in mind for your matching donation. Also gifts in honor of or in memory of loved ones make great tributes for family and friends.

Habitat needs a variety of tools, equipment, and home improvement materials to use in building our homes. If you have any items to donate please contact us at 336-846-2525.
